Rose Pharmacy: Inspiring Generations Through Service and Care

Rose Pharmacy truly stands as a remarkable source of dreams and inspiration. The stories of Irene and Shannen reflect how the company’s legacy extends beyond its employees—touching the hearts of their families and shaping the aspirations of the next generation.

Both women found inspiration in their mothers, who have dedicated years of loyal service to Rose Pharmacy. Irene’s mother, Vita Jaganas, has been a Senior Sales Assistant for 36 years, serving as a living testament to commitment and passion in her field. She shared that she has remained with Rose Pharmacy because the organization not only cares deeply for its patients but also values and supports its employees. Irene, inspired by her mother’s experience and driven by her desire to work in a community-oriented environment, found her own path within the same organization. Rose Pharmacy became the avenue for her to pursue this passion, and she now serves as a Regulatory Officer—continuing the legacy of dedication and service her mother began.

Meanwhile, Bernadette Caballes, mother of Shannen, has been serving as a Pharmacist and Store Manager for 16 years, embodying leadership, excellence, and compassion. Bernadette emphasized that being part of Rose Pharmacy has allowed her to continue living out her passion for service. Witnessing her mother’s hard work, dedication, and love for her profession, Shannen was inspired to follow the same path. She served as a pharmacist, promoted to Area Manager. Today, she serves as one of the Regional Operations Managers—the youngest among them—proving that Rose Pharmacy welcomes and empowers people of all ages.

Both Irene and Shannen take pride in standing alongside their mothers in serving Filipinos through Rose Pharmacy. Their stories exemplify how unwavering dedication not only upholds the company’s reputation for trusted healthcare service but also nurtures purpose and ambition in future generations.

For them, Rose Pharmacy is more than just a workplace for their mothers—it is a symbol of legacy, perseverance, and dreams realized through example and inspiration. Truly, it is a legacy not only bound by blood but by a shared passion to serve and care.
