RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Disciplinary Process Management - Handles the end-to-end disciplinary process, including validation of incident reports, drafting and issuance of Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notices of Decision (NOD), and administration of administrative hearings.
Case Documentation and Management Updates - Reviews documentation for Employee Relations cases to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely receipt. Ensures all cases are fully documented and updated in the employee discipline tracker in accordance with established protocols.
Service Delivery and Performance - Delivers day-to-day ER administrative services in alignment with expected service levels and business performance goals.
Labor-Management Committee (LMC) Facilitation - Conducts regular LMC meetings with the Union and ensures timely resolution and closure of all concerns raised.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Should have high level of integrity and confidentiality, strong analytical and decision-making skills, has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, detail-oriented and organized, especially in handling sensitive documentation, proactive and solution-focused mindset and can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Labor Relations, Labor Law, Employee Relations) is an advantage.
