Job Description

  • Time of Work: Monday to Thursday (8:00AM-6:00PM); Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM
  RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new retail store openings.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess site potential, demographics, and competition. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and property developers.
  • Negotiate lease terms and contracts in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
  • Prepare business cases and financial projections for proposed store locations.
  • Coordinate with construction, design, and operations teams to ensure timely store setup and launch.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with company standards.
  • Track store performance post-opening and provide insights for future expansion strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all expansion activities and property details.
  • Stay informed on retail trends, zoning regulations, and market developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
  • Proven experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or site selection.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and real estate databases.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
