RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Identify and evaluate potential locations for new retail store openings.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess site potential, demographics, and competition. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and property developers.
Negotiate lease terms and contracts in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
Prepare business cases and financial projections for proposed store locations.
Coordinate with construction, design, and operations teams to ensure timely store setup and launch.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with company standards.
Track store performance post-opening and provide insights for future expansion strategies.
Maintain up-to-date records of all expansion activities and property details.
Stay informed on retail trends, zoning regulations, and market developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
Proven experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or site selection.
Proficiency in market research tools and real estate databases.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
