RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, particularly in soft skills and behavioral competencies
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience in employee engagement and development initiatives is an advantage
Qualifications
A graduate of BS in Psychology or Human Resources.
2 years of experience in organizational development, talent management and performance management.
Experience in assessment tools, training and development programs and performance management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
