Job Description

  • Time of Work (e.g. 9am to 5pm): Monday to Thursday (8:00AM-6:00PM); Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
  RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • The HR-BP serves as the point of contact of HR Department for his/her assigned area and shall be in- charge of end-to-end process of recruitment, run HR Programs, assist in overall HR operations and shall make sure that goals and standards are met.
  RECRUITMENT
  • Upon receiving of the approved Personnel Requisition (“the PRF”) the HR-BP shall find the right talent, attracting them and motivating them to apply with the company by creating internal and external job advertisements and in coordination with other institutions;
  • Shall conduct initial interviews (i.e.: online, phone or face to face) and administer exams with applicants;
  • Shall assess, shortlist and schedule applicants for second interview of the requesting department;
  • Shall conduct background investigation for applicants considered for the position as deemed necessary;
  • Shall prepare and secure approval of job offer for considered applicant
  • Shall discuss the job offer and the list of pre-employment requirements to be complied by the considered applicant;
  • Shall monitor and secure that all necessary pre-employment requirements are submitted prior to the deployment date of the considered applicant, including securing of medical clearance from the Company Physician and payroll bank account for the new employee;
  • Pre-arrival of the new employee, the HRE shall prepare the contract, secure uniforms, ID applications and other necessary items included in the on-boarding kit;
  • Shall endorse the new employee to the requesting department for deployment.
  • The HRE shall monitor the timely execution of the 3rd and 5th month performance evaluation of probationary employees for the handled account;
  • In the event that the probationary employee fails to pass the probationary period the HRE will ensure to release the discontinuance notice prior to the 180th day/ 6th month of the concerned.
ADMINISTRATIVE
  • Prepares and secures 201 files of all employees;
  • Prepares Personnel Action Form (“the PAF”) for all employee movements (Regularization, Promotion, Lateral Transfer, Update of Personal Information etc.);
  • Monitors and verifies submitted PAF from Store Operations for change in store assignments of team members;
  • Ensures that all PAFs submitted for approval has necessary attachments;
  • Prepares list of eligible team members for the yearly uniform allocation with corresponding sizes;
  • Submits list of new employees to Learning & Development team for New Employees Orientation conducted twice a month.
  • Updates the Recruitment Tracker every month end for all closed PRFs;
  • Provides updates to store operations for the deployment of new hires in the store;
  • Coordinates and mediates with other sections of HR for any employee related concern under his/ her account.
RUN HR PROGRAMS.  In coordination with other sections of HR, the HRE shall run and monitor the HR programs implemented in his/ her assigned account, including but not limited to:
  • Annual Physical Examinations
  • Year End Performance Review
  • Yearly signing of Income Tax Returns (2316)
  • Employee Engagement Programs
  • Recruitment Activities
  • Other Programs and activities to be implemented by HRD for each year
 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and other HR functions is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
