RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Install, repair, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure across the area in a technical support capacity.
Respond to and resolve trouble tickets; implement service requests and assigned IT projects.
Perform on-site/field technical support.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as needed.
To be assigned and based in Davao Distribution Center, supporting 34 active stores.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in:
PC maintenance
Basic network maintenance
Software installation
Troubleshooting
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any IT-related course
